【我思･我在】存在主義的雷強

來自美國麻州(麻薩諸塞州) 波士頓市的雷強(Jon Renzella, b.1984)自2008年便隻身來到台灣，作品透過自身不同文化的差異，觀察對異鄉(台灣)當地街景及人文，用版畫重新詮釋藝術家眼中，環境與人之間的依存關係；其大型木刻版畫有如劇場版的場景建構，內容充滿了探索的趣味性。作品也多方表現了人類生存條件的根本議題，人們雖然生存在這個世界，卻往往不知自己身處何處，為何而存在；唯有透過連結，方能交織出有形或無形的人際網路。
